Total snow accumulations between 2 and 7 inches along and north of US Route 20, with the higher end totals expected near and north of Interstate 90. * WHERE...Madison and Southern Oneida Counties. * WHEN...From 5 AM early this morning to 7 AM EST Saturday. * IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the Friday morning and evening commutes. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Lake effect snow bands will move back and forth across the area, with uncertainty in snowfall totals. There will likely be a wide range in amounts with a sharp cutoff in snow totals. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Slow down and use caution while traveling.
