Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1152 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain from thunderstorms that occurred this morning. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain fell this morning. Residual flooding remains across several locations. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Walton, Deposit, Sidney, Sanford, Colchester, Unadilla, Hancock, Franklin, Sidney Center, East Sidney, Harvard, Fishs Eddy, East Branch, Harpursville, Masonville, Trout Creek, Loomis, Cannonsville, Rock Rift and Beerston. - https://www.weather.gov/safety/flood PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
