Additional snow accumulations between 1 and 3 inches. * WHERE...Hamilton, Northern Fulton, and Northern Herkimer Counties. * WHEN...Until 7 AM EST Thursday. * IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A cold front will bring scattered snow showers and isolated snow squalls this afternoon into early this evening.
