southeast winds 10 to 20 kt and seas 3 to 5 feet expected.

* WHERE...Fire Island Inlet NY to Montauk Point NY out 20 nm.

* WHEN...For the Dense Fog Advisory, until 8 PM EDT this
evening. For the Small Craft Advisory, until 6 PM EDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft. Low
visibility will make navigation difficult.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Dense fog may continue through tonight into
Tuesday morning.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions.
