For the Low Water Advisory, abnormally low water levels expected. * WHERE...Long Island Sound East of New Haven CT/Port Jefferson NY to the Mouth of the Connecticut River, Long Island Sound East of the Mouth of the Connecticut River, Long Island Sound West of New Haven CT/Port Jefferson NY and Peconic and Gardiners Bays. * WHEN...For the Gale Warning, from 6 PM this evening to 9 AM EST Thursday. For the Low Water Advisory, from 3 AM to 7 AM EST Thursday. * IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
