Total ice accumulations up to a quarter of an inch. * WHERE...Northwestern Connecticut, western Massachusetts, and the eastern Catskills, mid Hudson Valley, Taconics, Capital Region, the eastern Mohawk Valley and Schoharie Valley of eastern New York. * WHEN...From 5 PM Sunday to 4 AM EST Monday. * IMPACTS...Very slippery sidewalks, roads and bridges are possible. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A period of freezing rain is expected late Sunday into Sunday night. Temperatures rising above freezing will allow freezing rain to change to plain rain during the overnight hours. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Slow down and use caution while traveling.
