Total snow accumulations between 1 and 4 inches and ice accumulations around a light glaze. * WHERE...Northern Berkshire County in western Massachusetts, the Mohawk Valley, Schoharie County, Helderbergs, Capital District, northern Taconics and the Saratoga region in eastern New York, and southern Vermont. * WHEN...From noon today to 4 AM EST Thursday. * IMPACTS...Plan on snow covered and slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the this evening's commute. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A mix of snow and rain will transition to all snow this afternoon and continue into tonight before ending early Thursday morning.
