At 620 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 7 miles south of
Arkville, or 19 miles northeast of Liberty, moving east at 15 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and half dollar size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
roofs, siding, and trees.

Locations impacted include...
Turnwood, Mapledale, Oliverea, Belle Ayr, Seager, Hardenburg,
Highmount, and Pine Hill.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Scattered to numerous rain showers and thunderstorms are expected
this afternoon into this evening. Showers and thunderstorms will
be capable of producing heavy downpours, with rainfall rates
reaching 1 to 2 inches per hour. Rainfall of this intensity could
lead to flash flooding, especially within urban and low lying
areas.
