...WIND CHILL WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1 PM EST SATURDAY... * WHAT...Dangerously cold wind chills expected. Wind chills as low as 30 to 50 below zero. * WHERE...The southern Adirondacks and Lake George Saratoga Region in eastern New York and southern Vermont. * WHEN...Until 1 PM EST Saturday. * IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 5 minutes. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Wind chills will plummet today, and will be 20 to 40 below zero through the day. The lowest wind chills are expected tonight into early Saturday morning. Winds will gust from 30 to 45 miles per hour into tonight, which could result in in isolated power outages. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Avoid outside activities if possible. When outside, make sure you wear appropriate clothing, a hat, and gloves. &&
