Scattered power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The strongest wind gusts are expected through Noon today, and along the Route 11 corridor. Another period of strong winds are expected between 2 AM and 10 AM Tuesday. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Watch for falling debris and tree limbs. Use caution if you must drive.
