lowland flooding begins within the flood plain.
At 20.5 feet, Cellars flood on Argonne Drive in Endwell.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 8:00 AM EDT Wednesday the stage was 18.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 19.5
feet this evening. It will then fall below flood stage
tomorrow morning.
