Winds could gust as high as 45 mph resulting in blowing and drifting snow. * WHERE...Wayne and Northern Cayuga Counties. * WHEN...From Thursday evening through Saturday morning. * IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult with snow covered roads and poor visibility. The hazardous conditions could impact Thanksgiving holiday travel. Gusty winds could down tree branches and cause isolated power outages. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
