For the Gale Warning, west winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts up to 35 kt and waves 2 to 4 feet expected. * WHERE...New York Harbor, including Raritan Bay and Sandy Hook Bay. * WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 6 AM EST early this morning.
