AFTERNOON TO 4 AM EST SATURDAY...

* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations 4 to 8 inches.
Snowfall rates may reach 1 to 2 inches per hour briefly.

* WHERE...Monroe, Wayne, Northern Cayuga, Oswego, and Ontario
Counties.

* WHEN...From 1 PM Friday to 4 AM EST Saturday. The majority of the
snow and travel impacts will occur from mid afternoon through mid
evening.

* IMPACTS...Plan on snow covered and slippery road conditions and
poor visibility. The hazardous conditions will impact the evening
commute and post Christmas holiday travel.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Periods of snow, sleet or freezing rain will result in slippery
