For the Small Craft Advisory, W winds around 15 kt with gusts up to 25 kt expected. * WHERE...New York Harbor, including Raritan Bay and Sandy Hook Bay, and the Long Island South Shore Bays. * WHEN...For the Dense Fog Advisory, until 10 AM EST this morning. For the Small Craft Advisory, from 10 AM this morning to 7 PM EST this evening. * IMPACTS...Low visibility will make navigation difficult. Conditions will be hazardous to small craft. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions. If you must navigate, proceed with caution.
