Ice accumulations of 0.10 to 0.25 inches. * WHERE...Niagara, Orleans, Northern Erie, Genesee, Wyoming, Livingston, and Allegany Counties. * WHEN...From 10 AM Friday to 4 AM EST Saturday. The majority of the snow, wintry mix, and travel impacts will occur from mid afternoon through early evening. * IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions.
