River to Mexico Bay.

* WHEN...Until 10 AM EST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Winds and/or waves will cause hazardous conditions
that could capsize or damage small craft.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions.

...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 4 AM EST
SATURDAY...

* WHAT...Snow and mixed precipitation expected. Total snow and sleet
accumulations of a coating to 3 inches, greatest close to Lake
Ontario. Ice accumulations of 0.10 to 0.25 inches.

* WHERE...Niagara, Orleans, Northern Erie, Genesee, Wyoming,
Livingston, and Allegany Counties.

* WHEN...From 10 AM Friday to 4 AM EST Saturday. The majority of the
snow, wintry mix, and travel impacts will occur from mid afternoon
through early evening.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions will impact the evening commute and post Christmas
holiday travel.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Periods of snow, sleet or freezing rain will result in slippery
roads and limited visibilities. Slow down and use caution while
