Total ice accumulations around a quarter of an inch. For the
Winter Storm Warning, heavy lake effect snow and blowing snow
expected. Total snow accumulations between 7 and 14 inches. Winds
gusting as high as 50 mph.

* WHERE...Madison, Northern Oneida, and Southern Oneida Counties.

* WHEN...For the Winter Weather Advisory, until 7 AM EST Monday. For
the Winter Storm Warning, from 7 PM Monday to 7 AM EST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Power outages and tree damage are likely due to the ice.
Travel could be nearly impossible. Areas of blowing snow could
