Snowfall rates may reach 1 to 2 inches per hour briefly. * WHERE...Monroe, Wayne, Northern Cayuga, Oswego, and Ontario Counties. * WHEN...From 1 PM Friday to 4 AM EST Saturday. The majority of the snow and travel impacts will be from mid afternoon through mid evening Friday. * IMPACTS...Plan on snow covered and slippery road conditions and poor visibility.
