Additional ice accumulations of one to three tenths of an inch, heaviest in Northeast Oneida County. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph. For the Winter Storm Warning, heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 7 and 14 inches. Winds gusting as high as 50 mph. * WHERE...Madison and Oneida Counties. * WHEN...For the Winter Weather Advisory, until 7 AM EST Monday.
