The highest amounts reaching between to 6 to 7 inches in the foothills of the southern Adirondacks. * WHERE...Northern Saratoga, Northern Warren, Northern Washington, Southeast Warren, and Western Ulster Counties. * WHEN...Until 1 AM EST Thursday. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Wednesday evening commute. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snowfall rates up to 0.5 to 1 inch per hour through the early afternoon.
