* WHAT...Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 1 to
2 feet, with localized amounts of up to 3 feet. Winds gusting as
high as 50 mph will create widespread blowing snow, which could
significantly reduce visibility.

* WHERE...Madison, Northern Oneida, Onondaga, and Southern Oneida
Counties.

* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 7 AM EST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible. Areas of
blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous
conditions could impact this evening's commute, as well as the
Tuesday morning and evening commutes. Gusty winds could bring down
tree branches.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snowfall rates of 1 to 2 inches per hour
