Winds gusting as high as 50 mph will create widespread blowing snow, which could significantly reduce visibility. * WHERE...Madison, Northern Oneida, Onondaga, and Southern Oneida Counties. * WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 7 AM EST Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible. Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions could impact this evening's commute, as well as the Tuesday morning and evening commutes.
