* WHAT...Lake effect snow. Additional snow accumulations between 1
and 3 inches. Total snow accumulations 2 to 6 inches in the
heavier bands. Winds gusting as high as 35 to 40 mph. Areas of
blowing snow.

* WHERE...Schoharie, Montgomery, Northern Fulton, and Southern
Fulton Counties.

* WHEN...Until 7 AM EST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Areas of blowing snow
could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions
could impact the holiday travel.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The heavy lake effect snow showers may
briefly produce snowfall rates of an inch an hour.
