inches.

* WHERE...The Berkshires of western Massachusetts, the northern and
central Taconics, Greater Capital Region, Mohawk Valley, Saratoga
Region and the foothills of the southern Adirondacks in eastern
New York.

* WHEN...Until 1 PM EST this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses will
quickly become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road
conditions.
