Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Periods of heavy rainfall due to multiple rounds of rain showers and embedded thunderstorms will impact the southwest Adirondacks and western Mohawk Valley today into Wednesday afternoon.
