* Scattered Thunderstorms This Afternoon*

Scattered thunderstorms will continue to develop and move east across
portions of the western Catskills, Southern Tier of New York and
most of northeastern Pennsylvania early this afternoon. Lightning
and ponding of water from quick heavy downpours will be the main
concerns. However, the strongest thunderstorms may produce wind
gusts to 40 mph.
