For the Small Craft Advisory, northwest winds 10 to 20 kt with gusts up to 25 kt. * WHERE...Long Island Sound, New York Harbor, Peconic and Gardiners Bays, and South Shore Bays from Jones Inlet through Shinnecock Bay. * WHEN...For the Dense Fog Advisory, until 9 AM EDT this morning. For the Small Craft Advisory, from 11 AM this morning to 6 PM EDT this evening. * IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft. Low visibility will make navigation difficult.
