In New York, Orange County. * WHEN...For the Extreme Cold Warning, from 7 AM Saturday to 1 PM EST Sunday. For the Wind Advisory, from 9 AM Saturday to midnight EST Saturday Night. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
