Winds gusting as high as 45 mph will lead to blowing and drifting snow and reduced visibility. * WHERE...Schoharie, Montgomery, and Fulton Counties. * WHEN...Until 7 AM EST Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday evening and Tuesday morning commutes. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Lake effect snow will set up near and just south of the New York Thruway tonight and remain in place through Tuesday before lifting northward on Wednesday.
