...Locally Slippery Travel Conditions Through mid morning... Despite temperatures rising into the mid 30s in many areas, ground surfaces may remain ice covered from overnight freezing rain, leading to areas of slippery travel conditions through around 10 AM this morning. Motorists and pedestrians are urged to use extra caution, and be prepared to encounter ice covered ground surfaces, including untreated roadways, highway on and off ramps, parking lots and sidewalks through mid morning.
