...LIGHT SNOW AND BLACK ICE MAY RESULT IN ICY CONDITIONS THIS MORNING... Light snow is expected to move through the region this morning, with accumulation up to an inch or two possible, particularly across southern Connecticut and the Lower Hudson Valley. The snow may briefly reduce visibilities, and coupled with areas of black ice, could result in hazardous travel conditions for the morning commute. Motorists and pedestrians are advised to use extra caution. Temperatures rise above freezing by mid to late morning.
