lower to mid 30s and winds become lighter. For the Freeze Watch,
temperatures will fall into the mid 20s to lower 30s Thursday
night into early Friday morning.

* WHERE...Portions of central New York and northeast Pennsylvania.

* WHEN...For the Frost Advisory, from 1 AM to 9 AM EDT Thursday. For
the Freeze Watch, from Thursday evening through Friday morning.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
plumbing. Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive
outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.
