Total snow accumulations between 2 and 5 inches and ice accumulations around a light glaze. For the Winter Storm Watch, heavy lake effect snow possible. Total snow accumulations of 7 inches or more possible. * WHERE...Madison, Onondaga, and Southern Oneida Counties. * WHEN...For the Winter Weather Advisory, from 4 AM Wednesday to 1 AM EST Thursday. For the Winter Storm Watch, from late Wednesday night through Friday morning. * IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility.
