Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms developing across the area can be slow-moving and lead to heavy rainfall and instances of flash flooding. Rainfall rates can near, or exceed 1 inch per hour at times.
