Litchfield Counties. In New York, Eastern Dutchess, Eastern
Greene, Eastern Ulster, Western Columbia, and Western Dutchess
Counties.

* WHEN...For the first Heat Advisory, from noon today to 8 PM EDT
this evening. For the second Heat Advisory, from noon to 8 PM EDT
Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Hot temperatures and high humidity may cause heat
illnesses.

Drink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of
the sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors.
