Total snow accumulations between 3 and 8 inches along and north of US Route 20, with the higher end totals expected near and north of Interstate 90. * WHERE...Madison and Southern Oneida Counties. * WHEN...From 5 AM Friday to 7 AM EST Saturday. * IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Friday morning and evening commutes. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Lake effect snow bands will move back and forth across the area, with uncertainty in snowfall totals. There will likely be a wide range in amounts with a sharp cutoff in snow totals. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Slow down and use caution while traveling.
