* IMPACTS...At 21.5 feet, Minor flood stage. Water floods onto the
Mohawk Wharf in Village of Waterford.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 3:15 AM EDT Saturday the stage was 21.3 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
early this morning to a crest of 22.1 feet this afternoon. It
will then fall below flood stage this evening.
- Flood stage is 21.5 feet.
