...WIND ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 7 PM THIS EVENING TO 8 AM EST THURSDAY... * WHAT...Northwest winds 10 to 20 mph with gusts up to 45 mph expected. * WHERE...Northern Washington, Warren, Hamilton, and Northern Herkimer Counties. * WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 8 AM EST Thursday. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A line of gusty showers and isolated thunderstorms will rapidly track across the region from west to east this evening. Winds will quickly shift to the northwest and strengthen. While the strongest winds will likely only last for a few hours tonight, these winds could result in downed tree limbs and scattered power outages. Breezy conditions continue tomorrow morning before gradually decreasing in the afternoon. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
