Northwestern Lackawanna County in northeastern Pennsylvania... Northwestern Wayne County in northeastern Pennsylvania... Northwestern Luzerne County in northeastern Pennsylvania... Eastern Bradford County in northeastern Pennsylvania... Wyoming County in northeastern Pennsylvania... * Until 800 PM EDT. * At 701 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line extending from Oxford to near Greene to near Vestal to near Le Raysville to Overton, moving east at 30 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees. * Locations impacted include... Binghamton, Falls, Vestal, Muhlenberg, Johnson City, Oneonta, Endicott, Kirkwood, Vernon, and Conklin.
