Total snow accumulations between 3 and 6 inches with isolated amount up to 7 to 8 inches in the higher terrain areas. A light glaze from patchy freezing rain. * WHERE...Hamilton, Fulton, and Herkimer Counties. * WHEN...From 7 AM Tuesday to 7 AM EST Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snow arrives this morning and continues through this afternoon. Snow tapers to snow showers this evening and even mixes with patchy freezing drizzle. Additional snow showers and snow accumulations are likely after Midnight along with strong, gusty northwest winds.
