capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.

Mariners should alter plans to avoid these hazardous conditions.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

Use extra caution when driving, especially if operating a high

...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 7 AM THIS MORNING
TO 1 AM EST MONDAY...

* WHAT...Lake effect snow expected. Total snow accumulations 3 to 5
inches in the most persistent lake snows. The highest amounts will
be across the Boston Hills and Chautauqua Ridge. Winds gusting as
high as 45 mph will also produce blowing and drifting snow.

* WHERE...Wyoming, Chautauqua, Cattaraugus, and Southern Erie
Counties.

* WHEN...From 7 AM this morning to 1 AM EST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Areas of blowing snow
will significantly reduce visibility. Gusty winds will down tree
branches and cause isolated power outages.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Lake effect snow will fall in relatively narrow bands. If traveling,
be prepared for rapidly changing road conditions and visibilities.
