...BLACK ICE POSSIBLE TONIGHT... Lingering rain and snow showers continue to wet roads as colder air is filtering in to the area. There is potential for black ice to develop through the evening and overnight as temperatures fall below freezing. This may lead untreated surfaces and roads becoming slick. Motorists and pedestrians should use caution. Reduce speed, allow extra time, and be prepared for areas of slippery travel.
