LOCATION AND MOVEMENT...At 1204 PM EST, a band of heavy snow was over Delmar moving northeast at 45 MPH. LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE... Albany, Delmar, Guilderland, Duanesburg, Voorheesville, Altamont, Delanson, New Scotland, Knox, Esperance, Duane, Slingerlands, Meadowdale, Normansville, Gifford, Karlsfeld, Quaker Street, Dunnsville, Houcks Corners, and Eaton Corners.
