possible.

* WHERE...Most of Northern and Central Nevada.

* WHEN...From 11 AM PDT this morning until 11 PM PDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- The strongest showers and thunderstorms today will produce
rainfall rates of around one and one quarter of an inch per
hour, resulting in the potential of flash flooding.
