* WIND...Sustained south to southwest winds 15 to 20 mph, with
gusts near 30 mph.

* HUMIDITY...Minimum relative humidity values as low as 6
percent.

* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
Outdoor burning is not recommended.
