EVENING...

* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.
Increased risk for flash flooding along the Davis, Conner, and
Tamarack burn scar areas.

* WHERE...Portions of east central California, including the
following area, Mono County and western Nevada, including the
following areas, Greater Reno-Carson City-Minden Area and Mineral
and Southern Lyon Counties.

* WHEN...From noon PDT today through 10pm PDT evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of creeks,
streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flash
flooding and debris flows are possible for area burn scars
including the Davis, Conner, and Tamarack scars.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Increased monsoon moisture and training storm may produce
areas of flash flooding this afternoon.
