* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...West Central Clark County in southern Nevada...

* WHEN...Until 730 AM PDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is
imminent.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 328 AM PDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. Minor flooding
is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area.
Between 0.25 and 0.5 inches of rain have fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts of 0.25 to 0.5 inches are expected
over the area. This additional rain will result in minor
flooding.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Las Vegas, Henderson, North Las Vegas, Spring Valley, The Strip,
Enterprise, Mountains Edge, Paradise, Southern Highlands, Fremont
Street, Summerlin, Green Valley, Lone Mountain, Blue Diamond,
Anthem, East Las Vegas, Sam Boyd Stadium, Aliante, Centennial
Hills and Nellis AFB.

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the

Basin, and Western Mojave Desert. In Nevada, Las Vegas Valley.

* WHEN...Until 5 AM PDT Monday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

* WHERE...Portions of northwest Arizona, including the following
areas, Hualapai Mountains, Lake Havasu and Fort Mohave, Lake Mead -
AZ side, Lake Mohave - AZ side, Northwest Deserts and Northwest
Plateau, southeast California, including the following areas, Cadiz
Basin, Death Valley National Park, Eastern Mojave Desert, Morongo
Basin, San Bernardino County-Upper Colorado River Valley and
Western Mojave Desert, and Nevada, including the following areas,
Esmeralda and Central Nye County, Lake Mead - NV side, Lake Mohave
- NV side, Las Vegas Valley, Lincoln County, Northeast Clark
County, Sheep Range, Southern Clark County, Spring Mountains-Red
Rock Canyon and Western Clark and Southern Nye County.

* WHEN...Through late Sunday night.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water
crossings may be flooded.

- Incoming tropical moisture will lead to widespread shower and
thunderstorm activity, some of which may cause flash flooding.
