* WHAT...Heavy snow. Snow accumulations between 4 and 8 inches on
the valley floor with 8 to 16 inches for foothill areas above 5000
feet. Winds gusting as high as 50 mph and over 60 mph in wind
prone locations along US-396/I-580.

* WHERE...Greater Reno-Carson City-Minden Area.

* WHEN...From 7 AM Tuesday to 4 AM PST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions
could impact the Tuesday morning and evening commutes. Gusty winds
could bring down tree branches.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Winds may knock down burned trees in the
Davis Fire burn area.
