with gusts up to 50 mph. Overnight winds will not diminish much.
For the second Wind Advisory, west winds 30 to 40 mph with gusts
up to 55 mph expected. Winds will gradually diminish through
Thursday evening from northwest to southeast.

* WHERE...Northern Elko and Ruby Mountains and East Humboldt Range
in Elko Counties.

* WHEN...For the first Wind Advisory, until 2 AM PDT Thursday. For
the second Wind Advisory, from 9 AM to 8 PM PDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
