* WHAT...Minor flooding caused by widespread rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of southern Nevada, including the following
county, Clark.

* WHEN...Until 700 PM PDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Rises in small streams and normally dry washes. Ponding of water
in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 359 PM PDT, Doppler radar indicated widespread moderate
rain. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly
in the advisory area. Up to 0.25 inches of rain have fallen
and pockets of up to 0.50 are possible in the coming hour.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Las Vegas, Henderson, North Las Vegas, Boulder City, Rainbow
Canyon, Mountains Edge, Blue Diamond, Spring Valley,
Enterprise, Southern Highlands, Summerlin, The Strip, Red
Rock Canyon, Paradise, Lone Mountain, Fremont Street, Anthem,
Green Valley, Jean and Centennial Hills.

* WHERE...Eastern Clark County and far northwest Mohave County
including Lake Mead...Boulder City...Overton...and Valley of Fire.

* WHEN...Until 615 PM PDT /615 PM MST/.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Rises in small streams and normally dry washes.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 304 PM PDT /304 PM MST/, Widespread light to moderate rain
is ongoing across eastern Clark County and will continue to
spread south through the late afternoon. Instances of minor
flooding remain possible, mainly near sensitive drainages and
low water crossings.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Las Vegas, Henderson, North Las Vegas, Boulder City, Las
Vegas Bay, The Motor Speedway, Lake Las Vegas, Overton,
Nellis AFB, Moapa Town, East Las Vegas, Sam Boyd Stadium,
