FRIDAY: Sustained wind speeds of 25-30 mph with gusts of 40-45 mph. * HUMIDITY...Thursday and Friday afternoon relative humidity values range from 4% to 12%. * IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
